Ibikorwa ushobora gukora mu gitondo bigatuma ugira ubuzima bwiza

Mu buzima, hari udukorwa umuntu asuzugura nyamara ugasanga uduhaye agaciro agize ubuzima bwiza kurenza abandi batabyitaho.
Mu gihe waba wifuza guhora ufite imbaraga mu mubiri nta mavunane ndetse ufite n’isura nziza wakwita kuri ibi bikorwa bikurikira:




1. Kunywa amazi ukibyuka

Ni byiza kunywa amazi mu gikombe kinini ukibyuka mbere yo kugira ikindi kintu ushyira mu kanwa. Ibi bituma wongera amazi mu mubiri cyane ko uba umaze ijoro ryose umubiri ukoresha amazi wanyweye utararyama. Ikindi ni uko ngo amazi ya mugitondo atuma umuntu agira ubushake bwo kurya.

2. Gukaraba amazi y’akazuyazi:

Gukaraba amazi y’akazuyazi bigufasha kunanura imitsi y’umubiri. Ibi bigatuma amaraso atembera neza mu mubiri. Ibi kandi bituma ubushyuhe bw’umubiri na bwo bwiyongera bigatuma umunsi wose wirirwa umeze neza.

3. Kwisiga neza:

Nyuma yo kuva mu bwiyuhagiriro, ugomba gufata amavuta ukisiga winogereza. Ibi bituma mu maso hawe hamera neza umunsi wose.

4. Gufata ifunguro rya mugitondo: 
Gufata ifunguro rya mugitondo ni byiza kuko bituma wirirwa ufite imbaraga bityo ukabasha gukora akazi kawe neza.

5. Kunywa icyayi:

Icyayi cya mukaru gikungahaye cyane ku bintu bigabanya oxygene mu mubiri w’umuntu (antioxydants). Ibi rero bituma ya myuka mibi irimo na za Co2 isohoka.




6. Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri:
Imyitozo ngororamubiri ikozwe mu gitondo nko kugenda n’amaguru, kwirukanka n’ibindi wakora bituma ugabanya umunaniro uba uramukanye. Ibi rero bituma wirirwa umeze neza.

7. Kwitera imibavu:

Burya umuntu uhumura neza uba wumva afite ubuzima bwuzuye ndetse n’abantu unyuzeho bumva uhumura neza bityo bakabona uri umuntu ufite ubuzima bwiza. Ni yo mpamvu rero kwitera imibavu ari byiza ku buzima bw’umuntu. Cyakora ugomba kwirinda kurenza urugero.

8. Gutungurana:

Gutungura cyangwa gukorera udushya uwo mubana cyangwa abana bawe ubakorera utuntu duto duto rimwe na rimwe igihe batari babyiteguye bitera ibyishimo. Akensi ibi byishimo biboneka nk’iyo urimo gusoma ubutumwa (message) bakoherereje bagushimira cyangwa iyo bari kubikwibwirira bo ubwabo.

9. Gusetsa abantu:

Iyo ufite akamenyero ko gusetsa abantu mu gitondo bigufasha nawe kubyuka useka. Gusa biba byiza iyo usetsa umuntu ubiha agaciro na we agaseka akanakwereka ko ibyo wamubwiye koko byamusekeje. Uwo muntu ahora akwibuka ndetse akagumana muri we isura nziza ya twa tuntu dusekeje ukunda kumubwira.

10. Guseka:

Guseka ni byiza ku buzima bw’umuntu. Ni byiza rero kubyuka ukaba wajya aho bavuga utuntu dusekeje cyangwa nawe ukaba wavuga utuntu dusetsa abandi kuko iyo basetse nawe uraseka.
Ibi rero bishobora gufasha umuntu kwirirwa ameze neza. Gusa ugomba kubikora mu gitondo ukabona kwirirwa ufite ubuzima bwiza bityo gahunda zawe z’umunsi ukabasha kuzikora neza ukeye
